All the products in Japanese Book Store are brand new. You could return or exchange the goods in the following circumstances.
1. Different Product
- In instances when a product different from the product that was ordered has arrived.
2. Damages Incurred During Delivery
- In instances when it is clear that the product has been damaged during delivery.
We do not accept instances of customers returning our goods other than the above-mentioned cases.
Method To Return Or Exchange Goods
When you wish to return or exchange goods, please proceed to the
our return center page. Please contact us within 14 days of the goods’ arrival and inform the personnel of the order number and reason. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
