Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via our contact form or chat. 

After 12 hours, orders that are being prepared for shipment cannot be canceled. 

Even after 12 hours have passed, you can still cancel your order if it is before the shipment preparation. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount may apply.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after placing the order.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery period after shipment depends on the delivery method selected and the delivery address. If you choose DHL/FedEx, most shipments will be delivered within 2 - 4 days after shipping. If you choose Airmail, delivery will take 1 - 2 weeks. However, please note that Airmail/EMS is experiencing significant delays in some countries.

Can I track my order?

All items will be shipped with a tracking number. A tracking number will be sent to you after shipment and can be tracked on the shipping company's website.

Is it possible to return products?

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please see our Refund policy page for more information.

Which countries can you deliver to?

Our products can be delivered to over 150 countries and territories worldwide, including most major countries. When you order, the country whose delivery method can be selected is a country that can be delivered to.

Where are your products shipped from?

All our items are shipped from Japan (Tokyo).

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Whether or not you will be charged customs duties depends on the country of destination. For orders destined for the United States, books are duty free and, in most cases, no additional charges will be levied. However, depending on the state and the amount of the order (if it is a large quantity), there may be taxes. Check with customs authorities for details.

Does delivery come with insurance?

In case the goods are damaged or lost due to the responsibility of the courier company, the insurance will cover the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of damage or loss.

Are your products in Japanese?

Most of the products we sell are in Japanese, but we also have some books in English, German, etc. The language of the product is indicated on the product page.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Once an order has been placed, it is basically impossible to change the delivery address. However, if there is an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can correct it. Please note that changes cannot be accepted after 12 hours of order placement, as the order will be prepared for shipping.
